Course Objectives: | The aim of the course is to teach the main concepts of international law, the personality in international law, states’ territory and jurisditionsand to inform treaty making process, functions and termination procedure of the treaties. |
Course Content: | This lecture covers: International community and main international law system, sources of public international law, the law of international treaties (treaty making, legal binding, termination etc.), the relationship between national and international law systems, legal persons of international law, recognition, state territory and state jurisdiction. |
