| Course Objectives: | 1. Recognize the basic business functions and explain how they are related. 2. See how non-integrated information systems cannot support business decision-making and how integrated information systems can help business executives succeed by providing accurate, consistent and up-to-date data. 3. To learn how to use enterprise information systems to optimize business processes with general rules. |
| Course Content: | The aim of this course is to enhance competitive advantages, develop intrinsic capabilities, continuously satisfy internal and external environments, and ensure the sustainability of businesses indefinitely by understanding the characteristics of enterprise information systems that organizations should implement. The course provides knowledge on enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, and customer relationship management. |
