| Course Objectives: | I. Creating awareness among students about the dynamics and expectations of business life II. Guidance for students to determine their careers in accordance with their own intelligence, personality, knowledge, skills, talents and competencies III. Students to recognize their own competencies and values IV. Students to learn about the business world; different sectors and the needs of these sectors V. Students to find areas where they will be successful and love themselves, to develop awareness to improve themselves VI. Students to practice job search methods, interviews, CV preparation, etc. VII. | Course Content: | This course aims to equip students with the skills to create and implement a strategic career plan to achieve their professional goals. It covers the fundamental principles of career development, methods for understanding the job market, techniques for assessing personal skills and interests, and processes for developing effective career strategies. |

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Understand the importance of career planning, internalize the concepts of career and career planning; learn how to benefit from career centers. 2) Know themselves and their competencies better. 3) Understand sectoral and professional dynamics, recognize different sectors where they can do an internship, work voluntarily or professionally. 4) Know career trends in the world and Turkey. 5) Become aware of the competencies sought in the business world in the 21st century. 6) Become informed about coping with stress and time management. 7) Know effective verbal and written communication techniques. 8) Know job search methods, prepare their CVs and gain experience in interviews. 9) Use the Talent Gate, which can be used both as an undergraduate student and a graduate. |
