Program Information

Academic education consists of four semesters. Students firstly follow basic mathematics, physics, maritime chemistry, information and communication technology courses, electronics, electrotechnics, mechatronic system elements, automation and control systems, electrical machinery, ship electronic navigation and communication systems, ship machinery, ship electricity, workshop, materials science, technical drawing, maritime English and maritime safety, to be specialized in their fields of knowledge. In order to qualify for graduation, students are required to complete 30-60-day workplace internships within academic education, as determined by the regulation. Upon successful completion of the program and the workplace internship, students are awarded a "Mechatronics" Associate Degree Diploma. In order to obtain the Electro Technical Officer qualification, after graduation, students will be trained in marine training in ships operating outside the port voyage in accordance with an internship book approved for six months, as specified in the Regulation, and workshop skills in enterprises in accordance with the approved internship book for six months. They must successfully complete a total of twelve months approved training program, including development training.
