Program Information

The purpose of Cookery Department is to contribute to the education and training of personnel to work in the kitchen/cookery of the companies. ın addition to this, the students in this departmen will be given training to work onboard ships. The graduates of this program usually have a chnce to work in the kitchens or bars, or some times in open-air places. They communicate with the other personnel working in technical service department or customers.
